Australia's finest known and topmost living marsupial, which has become recognized as our national animal. Near are round 45 type. The Inflamed Kangaroo (pictured), is the major, frequently only the chaps have the red-tinged coat, which gives it its appellation, and the women are extra blue-grey. Kangaroos live virtually totally on herbage or shrubberies. Except for convinced tree-dwellers, they are ground-living faunas and they interchange by prodigious bouncing leaps on their hind pegs, with the extension used for stability. The tail also attends as a prop the minute the animal is foraging or standing. They choose to live in sets and can travel at promptness of up to 65km/h. They are ordinarily of a gentle temper but the male can become brutal when at bay, and every so often in detention.
